Greetings Alumni,

I hope that you are staying cool as a cucumber in the August heat! I wish you all a week of refreshing summer salads and sweet drinks.

I am also excited to share that BGC alumni now have a space for communication amongst us: gaggle.email. Gaggle is a modern list-serv and will be a place to share job openings, conference attendance, published books/articles, exhibition openings–you name it!– directly to fellow alums. This comes out of the DEAI conversations in the fall of 2020. BGC is financially supporting this endeavor, but it is not being run by the BGC, it is alumni for alumni. It is an opt-in system, so if you would like to join please fill out this form. Gaggle will not replace the newsletter, but is another forum for us to keep in touch.

And don’t forget to pass on your items of interest, either by email or through the online form. I’m always happy to hear your news!

Warmly,
Rachael Schwabe (MA ‘20)
