We are excited to announce the first Materials Days this spring! At BKLYN Clay students will be given introduction to the studio, the ceramics making process, and learn the basics of wheel throwing. Each participant will get the opportunity to create an object which you’ll be able to take home.

Workshops will take place on Saturday, March 28 and Saturday, April 11 from 12 to 2 pm at their Tribeca studio (288 West St.). Each student should choose one session; it is not a two-part workshop.

Spots are limited. Please RSVP to julia.cullen@bgc.bard.edu

Later in April, we will be doing two Materials Days focused on printmaking and book arts. More details to come!
