I can now share more information on our second Materials Days this spring at Brooklyn Metal Works. During the three hour workshop, students will learn how to create silver stacking rings in three simple variations. These pieces will be sized to fit each participant to take home. Techniques covered include sizing a ring blank, high temperature silver soldering, wire twisting, stamping designs, simple hammer work, and finishing meal surfaces.
