The second Materials Days this spring will be indigo dyeing with Textile Arts Center. In this workshop, students learn the basics of creating an all organic indigo dye vat and how to dye with it. Fabric will be provided, but feel free to bring along some light-colored, natural fabrics to experiment with (cotton, linen, wool, etc.). Please wear clothes that can get messy.

There will be two sessions, the first on Thursday, March 30 and the second on Thursday, April 6, both from 6:30 to 9:30 pm at the Textile Arts Center studio in Brooklyn. Please rsvp to julia.cullen@bgc.bard.edu to sign up, space is limited.
