Join us for a workshop around The Storybox: Franz Boaz, George Hunt, and the Making of Anthropology led by Regan De Loggans and Maria Hupfield. Together the duo will tour participants through the exhibition responding to central ideas present, and that include working across collaboration, community, gender, race, and class, within art museums. Afterwards, participate in a hands-on workshop and discussion and make your own decolonizing toolkit.
Regan De Loggans is a historian, curator and activist in Lenapehoking and a Committee member of the Indigenous Woman’s Collective NYC.
Maria Hupfield is a current artist in resident with Native Art Department International as well as an active member of the Indigenous Woman’s Collective NYC.
